"I love working with Cotton Couture because it has such a great hand which makes piecing a breeze. It is so soft to the touch and makes a snuggly quilt and amazing clothing that is so comfortable to wear. Let's not forget the amazing array of colors to choose from that will make any project shine!"

"Cotton Couture is my go-to fabric when I'm working with solids. It is a buttery-soft fabric with beautiful drape that has a fine yet strong weave, thus making it great for garment sewing, quilting and accessories. Whether I am looking for subtle hues, vibrant tones or spot-on neutrals, the range of colors is like a giant paintbox I can dip into to find just the right colors for my projects."

Felicia Brenoe often uses Cotton Couture for her gorgeous quilts. Not Like All the Others is a free download on our website... How amazing is the contrast between the birds and the background?!

“Michael Miller Cotton Couture has rapidly become my go-to brand for solid fabrics.  The higher thread count gives the fabric a smooth, almost satiny surface that I really love in my quilts.  The fabric drapes beautifully and the quilts feel soft and luxurious. The fabric handles well for both applique and piecing.  I usually give it a spritz of starch for piecing, like I do most of my other fabrics.

My favorite thing about Cotton Couture is the colors. The exceptionally smooth weave of the fabric makes the colors look more vibrant than they do on the other major brands of solid quilting cottons that I have compared it to.  With 150 colors to choose from I can usually find the perfect colors for the project I have in mind.”

Nightingale Quilts

"After working with many different fabrics, you begin to notice that they all have a certain texture or 'hand' to them. I'll admit I am picky with texture. I fondled and fiddled with many different solids until I found Michael Miller Cotton Couture. As soon as I felt their light, smooth texture I vowed off all others. I've used other solids before, however I feel that the dense fibres of the Cotton Couture fabrics means much less fraying (and if it does you don't lose ¼" with one fibre gone) and greater stability when making Half Square Triangles. If anyone asked me what solids to use I would always recommend Cotton Couture for their hand, their colour brilliance, their strength and their range."
